2nd Street Pantry
Bread + Wine partners with 2nd Street Pantry in downtown Bentonville to serve neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Because 2nd Street can purchase goods at a discount, your financial gift goes further than a food donation. Give at BreadandWine.Church/Give and select the Care Fund.
You can also volunteer with Tuesday distributions this summer. Sign up on the sheet at the back table in the Barn.

It Is Well
Verse 1
Grander earth has quaked before
Moved by the sound of his voice
And seas that are shaken and stirred
Can be calmed and broken for my regard
PreCho
And through it all, through it all
My eyes are on You
And through it all, through it all
It is well
And through it all, through it all
My eyes are on You
And through it all, through it all
It is well, It is well with me
Verse 2
Far be it from me to not believe
Even when my eyes can't see
And this mountain that's in front of me
Will be thrown into the midst of the sea
Pre Cho
And through it all, through it all
My eyes are on You
And through it all, through it all
It is well
And through it all, through it all
My eyes are on You
And through it all, through it all
It is well, It is well with m

So let go my soul and trust in him
The waves and wind still know his name

Goodness of God
Verse 1
I love you, Lord; For your mercy never fails me
All my days, I've been held in your hand
From the moment that I wake up
Until I lay my head
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God
Chorus
'Cause all my life, you have been faithful
And all my life, you have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God
Verse 2
I love your voice; you have lead me through the fire
In darkest night, you are close like no other
I've known you as a Father
I've known you as a friend
And I have lived in the goodness of God
Chorus
‘Cause all my life, you have been faithful
And all my life, you have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God
Bridge
Your goodness is running after
It's running after me
Your goodness is running after
It's running after me
With my life laid down, I surrender now
I give You everything,
Your goodness is running after
It's running after me
Chorus
‘Cause all my life, you have been faithful
And all my life, you have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God
Come Thou Fount
Verse 1
Come Thou Fount of every blessing
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
Sung by flaming tongues above.
Praise the mount! I'm fixed upon it,
Mount of God's unchanging love.
Verse 2
Here I raise my Ebenezer;
Hither by Thy help I'm come;
And I hope, by Thy good pleasure,
Safely to arrive at home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wandering from the fold of God;
He, to rescue me from danger,
Interposed His precious blood.
Verse 3
O to grace how great a debtor
Daily I'm constrained to be!
Let that grace now like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to Thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love;
Here's my heart, O take and seal it,
Seal it for Thy courts above.

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil. Amen.
Scripture
John 17:1-11, 20-23, 25-26
17 1 After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed:
“Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. 2 For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. 3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. 4 I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do. 5 And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.
Jesus Prays for His Disciples
6 “I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. 7 Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. 8 For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. 9 I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours.10 All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. 11 I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one.
Jesus prays for his people
20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me...
25 “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. 26 I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
Prayer
Leader prays. Congregation response in bold.
All:
Holy Father — this is the prayer Jesus prays for us. We receive it. We join it. We say amen.
Leader:
This is eternal life: that we know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. Teach us to know you. Not just know about you — but know you. Draw us into the life you share with your Son.
All: We receive this prayer. We join it. Amen.
All: Holy Father, protect us by the power of your Name — that we may be one, as you are one.
Leader:
We confess we have not always wanted this. We have preferred our divisions. We have mistaken uniformity for unity and called our isolation “faithfulness.” Help us with this. Protect us from the forces that use our differences to destroy what you are building.
All: We receive this prayer. We join it. Amen.
All: Father, let the love you have for your Son be in us. Let Christ himself be in us.
Leader:
We don't fully know what we're asking. But we ask it still. We join the flow of Christ’s prayer that has been interceding for us longer than we have known to pray.
All: We receive this prayer. We join it. Amen.
